教授文章暗示薄案将宣判 Sep 9th 2013, 14:21 【看中国2013年09月09日讯】中国政法大学教授樊崇义等昨在《检察日报》发表文章，指从前重庆市委书记薄熙来案庭审纪录不难发现，公诉方的证据链条已形成，能够证明薄的行为符合刑法规定的受贿罪的构成要件，构成受贿罪，已不需要薄熙来的供述，就可以认定其犯罪。外界分析指，当局或透过学者放风，暗示薄案即将宣判。
