教授文章暗示薄案将宣判 Sep 9th 2013, 14:21 【看中國2013年09月09日訊】中國政法大學教授樊崇義等昨在《檢察日報》發表文章，指從前重慶市委書記薄熙來案庭審紀錄不難發現，公訴方的證據鏈條已形成，能夠證明薄的行為符合刑法規定的受賄罪的構成要件，構成受賄罪，已不需要薄熙來的供述，就可以認定其犯罪。外界分析指，當局或透過學者放風，暗示薄案即將宣判。
