青海乌兰县突发山洪 至少21人丧生(组图) Aug 21st 2013, 06:16 青海烏蘭縣突發山洪，至少21人喪生 【看中國2013年08月21日訊】20日傍晚，青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州烏蘭縣境內突發山洪，導致21人遇難。 據國內官方媒體報導，星期二（20日）19時左右，青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州烏蘭縣境內一採砂場，突發暴雨、冰雹引發山洪，將20餘名施工人員沖走。 據初步了解，事發地點位於海西州烏蘭縣與天峻縣交界處，遇難者都是參加當地村級道路硬化施工的工人，主要是來自河南和青海的農民工。山洪爆發時，工人們正在採砂場內吃晚餐。 截至目前，已有21人遇難，3人失蹤，7人受傷。 目前，搜尋工作正在展開，被山洪沖走的具體人數還在核查中。 搜尋被山洪沖走的工人
